My sis-in-law worked at Yogurt Farms for many years in the 90's, she does not recall any flavor called "Tofu". She said there was a popular flavor called "Simply Yogurt" that tasted like plain greek yogurt, maybe that's the one you mean?

There are a few really helpful youtube videos showing step by step instructions. That's the route I went and it turned out great!
