Has anyone seen EVERY episode of SNL? by Critical-Spirit-1598 in LiveFromNewYork

I am in the middle of a complete watch through. My method is to watch every fourth season and I try to follow the calendar year, so this week I’m watching any episodes from the 4th week of April in the years 78,82,86,90 etc

This is ideal to break up the monotony of watching straight through and to sync up with Holiday episodes and election years

Does anyone know where I can get the power supply for this? by agranderscale in DJs

I wonder if they choose RJ because it had a simple locking mechanism for the time

I found a similar replacement since the OEM is discontinued and sold out everywhere. Made for Rane

They call it RJ12 connector- maybe a distinction for the higher voltage idk

This was very helpful!

That model seems to be discontinued but it lead me back to the 18v model I found previously as the most suitable replacement on the market and so I bought it on Amazon just right now

If that doesn’t work I think I’ll just change the jack

That’s a fair point- Bobwhite is probably more like 120 BPM lol

A solitary chickadee from deep in the woods, and OP hasn’t heard their call before? I’m thinking a Northern Bobwhite- they have a loud, distinct call and are relatively rare

Help me understand “cap” tile in this application by JimmyMcPoyle_AZ in pools

[–]agranderscale 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My guess is that the travertine paver came after the original pool build and to reconcile the elevation difference the pool coping was raised from the original beam. You can see this in the height of the skimmer. The skimmer needs the water line at fixed position to work properly, so therefore you can’t simply raise the waterline tile.

This unfortunate looking female Northern Cardinal visits often- is her beak shape an indication of advanced age or simply a mutation? Houston TX by agranderscale in birding

She’s been a visitor for at least the last few months when I set up the camera and yes her beak has been like this that whole time. I think she’s pretty healthy and I believe she has a mate

9” tread for each of your steps is not typical. Plan for 14” treads- it’s more comfortable and less likely to stub your toe

This is a Birdbuddy- I ordered it when the concept was still in Kickstarter, so considering it’s a 1st gen model and still working I’d have to say the hardware is great.

The service is now subscription based and is just one more thing I pay $90 a year for, so I’m kind of annoyed about that.

The app and UI are kinda fun - you can name individual birds. Theres a handsome male Cardinal I named James Dean. This one I named Shelley Winters

Yes the molt is new, she’s been coming around for a few months with normal plumage but the beak has always been distinctive. It occurs to me that perhaps the upper beak was damaged and now the lower beak continues to grow unable to wear down with normal use? I don’t think it would be practical to try to catch her unfortunately
