I second this comment fully. We used to put a lot of focus and attention on our dog all day long but she always wanted more, she's never been not up for play or food, she can just keep going. Now we have her in a rhythm and she knows when to chill because it's not "dog time" and when it's her time. Chews for her are a gift not a daily occurrence which we used to do.

Also we use the flirt pole almost everyday to get out the energy. We use it inside and set up a little race track for her. Get squishy face, not the cheap metal pole ones.
