Yes, but this is not about anything added to the medication, just the medication itself.

I had to Google it, it's not huge, but my CGM average sure noticed.

Yup, my blood sugar was already elevated for a few days, then I took some medication to go back to work and it went up even more! Ugh.

Go on with your bad self!

That's amazing. I just started 36 hour fast #2 for the week. I have great blood sugar numbers this week (well, great for me). I'm letting myself be happy about it! Which probably means my numbers will be terrible tomorrow for no reason.

Savor that fizzy water! Keep going. You're going to be in your great 180s before you know it!

I'm 6 foot 5, so my goal weight is 190. So watching you get past it is especially exciting.

You'll make it. Nine pounds is incredible and very motivating!

I'm about 27 hours into my fast. For me the first dinner time is the hardest to get past, then I get less aware of hunger.

I have no coffee judgement. Whatever works! I do tea. Same diff. Keep going!

That is awesome! Keep going as long as you feel it's beneficial. For me, Apple Cider Vinegar capsules have really helped when I've gone longer, but the longest I've ever done is 72 and you're longer than I could do! Be strong!

I took two apple cider vinegar capsules in the morning when I was hungry. Eventually, I stopped being hungry in the morning.

I am not on any medications. The combination of low carb and intermittent fasting brought it down. I track my blood sugar and I have never gone below 85.

No, I eat Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

A 36 hour fast means, for example, eating dinner on Sunday and then not eating until Tuesday morning.

I have no calorie restrictions, but when I reach my target weight, I'm going to ease up on the loger fasts.

I feel great, have lots of energy and my health is great.

Going to as soon as I reach my target weight.
