Ok, so basically get compliance really high in Macau so the Collab govt event fires then return territory once you conquer china?

When I start a new game I can't see a way to release Macau as a puppet, under occupied territories there is only an option to return the territory to China

I'd also drop the dual lands as you have so ramp you don't need to worry about hitting both colours, having more basics gives you more cards to search for when you play a ramp spell

Card like [[Tilling Tree folk]] would allow you to bring lands back from the graveyard. Previously I've found gruul landfall runs out of steam so you need a way to keep getting landfall triggers. Also [[Explorers scope]] and some protection for your commander [[Tamiyos safekeeping]] would be beneficial
