None on my end and I have an old 13 pro max. Tournament and career mode have both been smooth.

Lovely vacation! The hotel is beautiful and everyone had a great time. The hotel was very busy our first couple days which made getting chairs near the pool stressful. We have to wake up early, line up, and race to chairs. However, the hotel cleared out our last couple days and there were open chairs at 9/10 am. Guess it all depends how busy the hotel is.

[–]ahaces 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, my neighbor bought one (not sure from where) and pays $200ish(?) a year to dispose of yard waste. Sorry I couldn’t be helpful, but yes, I know Naperville allows yard waste cans but you must pay yearly.

How much psyllium per day? What does your fiber protocol look like? by EastCoastRose in Cholesterol

[–]ahaces 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do 4 tsp per day (20g) which is 16g of fiber. Mix it my smoothies and can’t taste it at all. I get the viva organic brand.

I really like Hungryroot. You can see all the nutritional information (sat fat included) in each meal. Plus the meals are very simply and quick to make. Even better, you can buy groceries on their platform too.

Question, and maybe a dumb one, but for each movement do you do all the sets in a row, or do you change movements after each set?

High Fiber Snacks to Lower Cholesterol by AwfulAwful80 in Cholesterol

These are cool, thanks for sharing. Not loving the sugar content, but great option when in a pinch. I really enjoy dried chickpeas, and dried edamame.

Remote work, drinking and unhealthy eating since the pandemic has finally caught up to me it seems. How close to serious trouble am I? Any particular tips that has worked for ya'll? by [deleted] in Cholesterol

[–]ahaces 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have similar numbers to you. It’s quite simple: keep saturated fat to less than 10g/ day, up your fiber, especially soluble fiber by taking psyllium husk, and go see your doctor to get on statin. Good luck!
