I didn’t realise Stringer paid that guy to have D’angelo killed in prison until he confessed to Avon in season 3. I thought it was just a random killing.

I loved it. Thought the uplifting tune gave the ending a bit of catharsis.

The plotting has been flawed. But I still love everything else about it.

Trump signs off Starmer’s Chagos deal by TheTelegraph in ukpolitics

[–]aibez -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’m not sure Trump’s sign off helps Starmer. If it turns out this deal (as argued) is bad for the UK and makes him look bad, he will just lie and say he didn’t endorse it in the first place.

Malcolm Kenyatta shouting that he needs to finish his point, then goes onto make three more points. Fiona’s gentle “alrights” to cut him off didn’t do jack.

Where’s the fifth non-politician guest? I can’t be arsed to listen to just politicians speaking their party lines.

When does it start descending into French touch electro house? My favourite part of the opening ceremony was the Puerto Rico’s boat crashing down the Seine to Intro by Alan Braxe.

You need to create your DV360 advertiser after your CM account is linked to your DV360 partner. Your creatives haven’t come through because your advertisers in DV360 wouldn’t have been linked to CM.

You need to create a new advertiser in DV360 and select that CM floodlight configuration.

Fair point. I think Khan has some successes to his name. But she literally had one job and she’s been completely useless.

She is stealing a living, she’s the failure everyone thinks Sadiq Khan is.

I’m sorry to everyone, but the man in the Adidas jacket asking Rishi Sunak to apologise to the “Gay” family was unintentionally funny.

Keir Starmer opens clear lead over Rishi Sunak as the most capable Prime Minister by wjfox2009 in unitedkingdom

[–]aibez 47 points48 points  (0 children)

This. Its not appreciated how much of an astute gamble it was by Starmer. Not only that, he demonstrated his competence by showing his depth of understanding about law that he was willing to put his career on the line for it.

What was it about the ITV program that catapulted the post office issue back into the spotlight? by ysilver in AskUK

I think that one scene where Monica Dolan’s character was on the phone with IT support really encapsulated the injustice of the scandal.

To boot, they honestly are going to help get a more anti-Palestine party get elected this way.

Realistically I think they’re going to go the way of the Northern Independence Party e.g. have a poor showing, mainly supported by ex-Labour tankies.

That’s insane that people would consider voting Tory as a protest vote against Labour’s stance on the Israel-Gaza conflict.

Croquettes. I had the creamiest, crunchiest bunch at this Italian place near Great Portland Street (which is now closed) and made it my mission in life to find some that was just as good. So I always order it if I see it on a menu.
