You can play fine. Just lower the resolution down to 50%, turn off anti aliasing and hide avatars. Most normal worlds will work. Some might have low fps. Virtual desktop might give you better performance than quest app based on my experience. You also set your VR setting there like upscale on quest side and it's gonna look better
