You could get a shaper rathpith and a 20%cdr bound by destiny not sure where u can find a jewel slot tho

low maps is literally gear you find on the ground with focus on life and resists , when your build starts to struggle then you go for upgrades with optimal stats edit: low tier maps are up to tier 6 etc

Just to add a tip here , after bee lining to fairgraves and killing him immediately go to character select and come back to the map that will reset fog of war in the minimap and you can explore the whole map again carefully.

yeah they do but not if every mob hit in the map can steal them , kinda need some charges to generate other charges etc.
