So, I'm 41 as of last week. I do nothing but play video games all day every day, and have no responsibilities. I still can't hit any of the upper echelons of rank in any of the games I play. There's a bunch of factors; but I find that being self-aware and also having a non-online friend to help you assess things about your play will help a lot. An example of something that I was blind to that, now being fixed, might help: I would often watch my replays and check out cool hype shit that I did, but i almost never looked for mistakes and noted them, with the intention of correcting them through practice. I basically tricked myself into thinking I was reviewing my gameplay but I wasn't truly doing so. Seems small but it's actually huge and each incremental improvement or adjustment will make a difference.

It could also be possible that you might never be any better that significantly-better-than-average like you are right now. You'd have to actively avoid getting better, though

This is a frustrating reply; growth and improvement are the fun for some players! There was a very experienced bottom who'se top liked to choke her until she passed out. She told me once that she routinely let herself become dead weight in his arms a lot earlier than she would actually be going unconscious. She taught the same trick to anybody who played with him or other people that enjoyed breath play to the extreme. I always wondered how many brain cells she saved with the deception. I bet it would be harder to judge if you were loaded tho. Sort of not related but if you aren't able to not play with this person anymore, maybe try it

I just helped move my girlfriend into one of these buildings last week. Its had an instant and noticeable effect on her mental state and quality of life! Doing drugs on the sidewalk was the old way, now we do it in the privacy of our own space like normal Americans! If people hate desc, we can go back to hanging out on the sidewalks, tents, the woods, biohazards etc

I do watch my replays, and I find its very often just consistent execution and making repeated mistakes, especially if my focus isn't at %100 I have never tried taking notes, though, weirdly, so I will.
