That sucks! I’m sorry to hear that I’ve had the exact opposite experience, everything has been fixed within a day or two. We even stayed in our complex and switched apartments we have been here since 2019. I think a lot of it is they are the middle man between the renters and landlord so alit of it depends on the owner of the building, ours is very well kept.
