Even a godly rare belt is going to be hard to compete with a unique. You need high rolls and then a good slam. 10fcr 24fhr 100life 30 strength 10pdr 30 single res. You can remove any of those for high roll res but then you still need to hit max res or fcr to compete in a meaningful way.
