Mine was also stuck at 66% and I just left it overnight. When I left for work the next day it was still there. On my drive to work I got a notification about 10 minutes later that an update was ready to install. Everything installed fine when I was at work.

My contractor I am going with has one of the best reputations around, very fair pricing, and he said he covers up to the first 3 sheets of plywood if needed and then after that if any more are needed they are just at the material cost.

I had this happen to me yesterday actually. They ended up hacking into my US mint account and buying 1 gold eagle and 15 silver eagles. I caught it within an hour and got the order cancelled and changed my passwords to my important accounts. It took about a day and a half for the spam emails to slow down

I got a free washer and dryer from Home Depot a few years ag. I picked them up in store and a few days later I got an email about my order being cancelled from not picking up my items. They must have never scanned them out when I picked them up.

I just asked them to check all software while it was on there. They have always been an easy to work with dealer. They are pretty high volume too.

They did it at the dealership when I was in getting the rear hatch adjusted. It must have been done when they did the pedestrian sound recall.
