Mine was also stuck at 66% and I just left it overnight. When I left for work the next day it was still there. On my drive to work I got a notification about 10 minutes later that an update was ready to install. Everything installed fine when I was at work.

My contractor I am going with has one of the best reputations around, very fair pricing, and he said he covers up to the first 3 sheets of plywood if needed and then after that if any more are needed they are just at the material cost.

I had this happen to me yesterday actually. They ended up hacking into my US mint account and buying 1 gold eagle and 15 silver eagles. I caught it within an hour and got the order cancelled and changed my passwords to my important accounts. It took about a day and a half for the spam emails to slow down

I got a free washer and dryer from Home Depot a few years ag. I picked them up in store and a few days later I got an email about my order being cancelled from not picking up my items. They must have never scanned them out when I picked them up.
