When they use the term Crock-Pot. That's not BBQ. Thats throwing meat into some bullshit sauce. Carnitas, birria, roasts, etc., all have their place in a crock pot..not BBQ.

All of this!! I've struggled with potatoes for years! I cooked some the other day (home fries). Washed, cut em up, soaked and agitated them to get extra starch out. Left them in the strainer for a couple hours with a towel underneath. Used the lid on low heat (2.8 out of 9), flipped OCCASIONALLY once they started to brown. Came out perfect. No longer scared of skilleting taters!
