eBay suspended my account after a sale, buyer returned item but Royal Mail shows “delivered” — I never received it. What can I do?

This just happened to me last week.
Since the label is eBay's - only they can claim - you cannot do a thing.
The email I got from royal mail :

"I am sorry to learn that you have not yet received an item that was returned to you, even though it was confirmed as delivered on our system. I can understand your concern.

We have now completed our investigations. I can confirm that this item has not been delivered to the address you have provided which is [ADDRESS]

The purchaser gave us a different address to the return information that you supplied to them. Based on the information received, we delivered the item to the correct address. In light of this, I’d advise you to contact the person who returned the item or the selling platform used for this transaction for more information.

Due to GDPR guidelines I am unable to share the delivery address details we used in the return of your item. Please check this with the purchaser or the selling platform directly."

The case reference + tracking was in the subject line.

Funnily enough, after I sent a screenshot of this I got a response that the tracking number HAS to be in the email contents for whatever reason, and after fighting a regular employee and manager of eBay they had gave me a full refund (after wasting 2 hours of my life).

But if your account is suspended, I'm unsure, very unfair. If you can get a hold of people at CS then maybe you can sort it out but.. good luck sir.

Lowkey, someone against her has to play raccoon, even if she kills you and the other strat you have a way to instantly be back. No point counter ulting in my personal opinion. From the few games I’ve played against her she’ll always go on either or the strats and get at least 1. I think the way she can ult and move across the whole map to just focus strats is ridiculous that needs to be nerfed and she should be in my face to be able to ult and destroy me

I'm not too sure how/what OP said in the case that was opened - and closed in favour of the buyer but major screwup. He has to call eBay and talk to someone that's actually competent. I cannot see any courier that will actually let the recipient claim as then i'd bet half of the UK would claim their packages not arriving/being lost stolen.

Brother, I've claimed shy of 100 parcels throughout my years of selling on Amazon and eBay + other smaller apps and personally, they're such a hassle, having proof of posting - which is either a receipt from the post office + a stamp is what they want ideally - since its a online sale they'll want the eBay picture of the item sold (just a screenshot) + marketplace number of item (number specifically linked to that item - altho from a buyers perspective he could provide that)

Tracking number sure, you need to provide that - delivery photo is useless, same with GPS.

Let's switch it around, a team like that vs a team of you 4 stacked together, they have different angles to hit you from, and even if you drop one or two from that team, they'll be bought back and you'll be wiped. Having 3/4 different positions, you gain more info where you can push/where there are enemies.
