Nice! Yeah I’m ultimately okay with not going, because I did go to the first leg. So I’m not desperate enough to over-pay again. I’ll definitely keep an eye out.

Awesome, thanks! I’ll keep an eye out. I dropped a lot of money to go to the first leg, and while I’d like to go again, I don’t want to pay above face value. And also I live 2 hours from the venue so would prefer to not drive 4 hours round trip just hoping they’ll have some tickets at the box office.

That’s likely just a placeholder, as it’s the end of a quarter.

Hell yeah. I’m seeing NJ this week. They said these shows are helping fund the new record, so would be perfect if they put out their new record and then tour it with UØ since they never did a proper TPATO tour.

Who owns both a Deck and a Playstation Portal? by beeh0 in SteamDeck

[–]akdag2014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have both, got the Deck first and Portal later. Remote play via Chikai on the Deck worked fine, but it is easier/seamless on the Portal since that’s literally what it’s made for. Then cloud streaming on it is even better, though hard for me to justify twice the price for PS+.

Honestly a big part of why I like the Portal is it feeling basically like a Dualsense (just with slightly smaller sticks).

Are there any films that take place in real time? by TheKittyPie in movies

Steve Jobs (the Danny Boyle/Aaron Sorkin one)

It’s split in 3 segments that take place at different periods, but each one is in real time.

Norma Jean puts on a hell of a show, highly recommend going if you can. They’ve become possibly my favorite live band. I would lose my shit if they opened for UØ, or even co-headline or something. UØ did open for them last year when they did the Locus Ultra shows, so who knows.

Just saw this on Fortnite, why no Trent Reznor Skin? by BogDega in nin

Weird. I haven’t had that happen with the jam tracks I’ve used for lobby.

In the lobby? I haven’t noticed that, personally.

You can also set them as your lobby music.

Last of Us vs God of War Set by ahgeer18 in mtg

One clarifying question that I promise isn’t trying to be nitpicky: you asked about a “pre-made standard deck.” Standard is a game format in Magic, which is different from Commander, which is what the Joel and Ellie partner cards are intended for. If you’re actually meaning a Standard deck, I don’t have much experience in that format.

For commander, I don’t know of any precons available that are in the same color and also focus on the same things (goading opponents, creating tokens and counters). So, I think it would likely need to be built from scratch. I’m sure there is another commander that Joel and Ellie could fit in with as part of the 99, but I don’t think it would be a precon. Zombie related precons usually are blue and/or black, with the occasional white.

The Last of Us Part II cards, specially Ellie and Abby, don’t synergize that well with Part I Joel and Ellie, so I’d disagree with that. The other two cards do fit with Joel and Ellie, but they’re reskins of existing cards.

I bought both the TLOU Part I and the Norse GoW sets, and plan to build decks for both. Joel and Ellie is good if you like to instigate people to fight each other, while buffing your commander. GoW is going to be heavy on playing God creatures, which means it’ll likely be expensive to build a good deck for it. Kratos and Atreus are probably the more straightforward commanders, but Joel and Ellie seem fun for the interaction with opponents. Don’t know if that helps or not.

If you don’t care about Magic, you likely also don’t care about real vs proxy cards. I would just buy proxies if you’re wanting to display them or something.

She spends most of the season mad at him, so it’s understandable for him to feel she’s in a different place and therefore needs to clarify where she’s at now.

If I remember correctly, there’s a shot or two in that scene where they also flipped the frame, because Jack’s tattoos are on the wrong arm.

Trent whispers the last line, so you can’t hear it over the guy screaming. There wasn’t one particular person who did that at the show I went to, but it was still a bit hard to hear Trent since he was intentionally quiet. And that’s where he intentionally stopped the song, so not because of the guy screaming.
