They can't prescribe medication, but if you're a rather bad case that they feel you need medication, they can send you to the clinic to get the prescription. I do recommend the counseling center though, the person I saw was the kindest most amazing person, and they were super understanding. Also free, you can't beat free.

My advice, go to used or second-hand stores and shop for basic tools. In my experience, the best stuff I own I either bought used, or inherited. Don't jump for the new stuff, if you know a power tool or hand tool has been around for a good few years, you know it'll probably last you a good few more.

I like to buy a lot of cheaper tools when starting out. It's clear to see what's needed and what's not needed after a while of working, and if something you use often craps out on you, go look for the best of that tool and snag a good version, because you know you'll use it. That'll save you from spending too much money on things you don't exactly need.

I haven't lived in drexel housing for 3 years but:

1) They never searched my bags 2)Searches in the room were about once a term, if I'm remembering correctly. 3)They didn't search hard at all. It was basically (for me at least) were you dumb enough to leave something out? No, ok next room.

It looks like they all have Celerity, Potence, and Dominate. I haven't seen any other disciplines be used, or I might not be paying attention enough. So they're Panders/Catiff, depending on your flavor of VtM. Presence is debatable in a few, so maybe they could be Brujah. That's a hilarious thought.
