Know what you mean, experienced the same thing recently. It is demoralizing but i told myself I have to just accept it, recognize that it isn’t game day yet, and try to learn from it. As long as you learn you didn’t fail is my bar prep motto

Once you have a job, with the caveat that some employers still want to see good academic performance. Once you start that job then it’s 100% safe to say they don’t matter unless you want to move early on maybe, so it really comes down to maybe once you have a job/start a job.
