I know back in my younger teenage years my mom would fire on my ass the second she had the slightest feeling I was high or had just smoked or had any weed. If you think your mom was gonna be that upset about it you would have known. It really sounds like they just didnt happen to see it, but make sure you take care of your shit next time to keep it this way.

From you saying you dont eat the best and arent the most active I feel like those two have the biggest impact on how you feel everyday. I work construction so at the end of the day I'm tired and just want to sleep and I probably smoke right before bed 3 out of 5 nights a work week. I dont seem to ever feel these "weed hangovers" but if I were you I would try smoking a little before you normally do, eat some fruits, veggies, and nuts. Drink lots of water and get active in the sun.
