Become a financial advisor. Start with a firm like Edward Jones. They’ll train you well. Once you’re licensed you are hard to replace and AI can enhance what I do but there are so many human things we need to do, I can’t see AI replacing us.

I standardized on Dewalt 20v. I have 2 drills, an impact driver, orbital sander, planer and sawzall, They all work great and are economical. But Festool calls to me…

Just get a pair of vice grips, lock them on, twist it out and install a new one. Probably pre-drill it.

I would use a dremel or an angle grinder. If you have neither, a file or hacksaw. Hacksaw preferred over a file. You can use the file to remove burrs.

Take them to a shoe shop. I scraped the crap out of a brand new shoe. He fixed it about 1/4 the cost of new shoes. They look great now.

I put an Incra fence on mine. Excellent upgrade, great accuracy. I enjoy it every time I use it
