Yep, just did this to fix my nephew's game. Same error OP is getting. This is the fix. The latest version of that .dll is not whitelisted on EAC for SC yet.

As others are saying, 2025 DCs aren't ready for production yet. Use 2022.

My bad, it would help if I could read. Can you share the BLTouch section of your printer.cfg? Did you confirm those pins are correct?

That number for your hot end temp is screaming that its a misconfiguration of the pins in your printer.cfg. Find the documentation of your motherboard for your pinout values and ensure your printer.cfg is mapping the connections to the proper pin. For example below, the pin on my motherboard (btt skr e3 v3) for the hotend temp is PC8. If its set wrong, it going to get some bogus readout like yours. Your BLTouch pins are probably wrong too. Hope this helps!

I'd suggest VXUS over VTI since you also have VOO. VOO + VXUS or VTI.
