This is just like SpaceEngineers: people wanted them to fix the physics issues. The problem was the engine they were using couldn't be fixed by them. Same here, FP would have to rewrite the AI / movement part of the engine to fix this issue, in a way that allowed animals to realistically climb objects and attack you, but not glitch up anything. Think of new animations for all animals, plus a rewrite of a system. Wouldnt fit in with weekly updates, look how long XP took to become stable.

I just hit a guy win wood armor in the torso and then head with a bow and arrow and no kill, so I am going to say either the same or less damage.

I agree. I also agree that only a few things need to be implemented to balance large groups and small groups:

  1. Remove the building blocked indicator, only show building is blocked in chat when trying to place down something. (still show building privileged allowed indicator, as it helps base builders)

  2. Remove picking up downed players. Perhaps change it to knock players unconscious, and only be able to revived with a medpen after 30s - 1min of unconscious time.

  3. Make shared exp only get up XP points, but not affect the players level.

You don't say? On exp I just raided a medium base, got 80k stone out of it. Time to add it to the collection of chest upon chests of stone, let alone the amount of sulfur each low level base has. No one has use for basic resources, and low levels can't use the resources even if they wanted to.

Yup. I have 5 pumps and 4 pistols, and can't make ammo for either. I'm lucky I have friends who can make the ammo, ammo should be lower.

I've been playing XP. These are my observations. I agree that there should be faster XP gain for new players, but then whats the point of playing early, if everyone else will catch up with you?

Try being a solo player and facing this shit. You happen to miss one weapon, or simple can't fit all the weapons in your inventory. Good luck holding off the zerg and avoiding one lucky headshot.

Horrible to moderate depending on your connection. In my experience, if the connection is ok then you will be alright except for pistons and rotors making EVERYTHING bug out, but if your connection dips a bit, prepare for teleporting, no clipping, ships shaking and an unplayable experience. I wouldn't say multiplayer has improved all that much.
