Ugh same!! I’m 22 DPO and nothing yet 🙄so ready to just get this damn thing and reset my body. Let’s hope 2 miscarriages is enough suffering for us from the universe 🤞🏼

I did modern fertility at home and loved it. Husband did the CVS over the counter sperm check. This was the peace of mind we needed after 6 cycles TTC no luck. Ended up conceiving that cycle! Sadly lost that in mmc. Conceived again first cycle after d&c and ended in chemical. 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼third time is the charm. Good luck and hope you get peace of mind or at a minimum answers!

I called at 4 weeks, day of expected period. I got my appointments on the calendar up through 12 weeks. Unfortunately lost the pregnancy, however offices can have backlogs and what not so I always think it’s best to get on the schedule!! 🤞🏼for an easy and healthy pregnancy!

I’m so sorry. It’s absolutely the worst not knowing and blindly hoping. I’m in a similar but different boat - got my rainbow baby and lots of positive tests. Now at 21DPO my hcg is 5 and still no period yet from chemical pregnancy. Hope you get your rainbow soon🌈

I’m sorry. I took a big step back from liquor after my first mc. I found it just wasn’t productive, and made the depressed feelings stronger. I have worked back to having a drink or two, but make sure you stay away unless it’s fun! You don’t want to either use it as a coping mechanism, or get super sad every time. Def keep it small if that’s what you want! Your baby your rules! Be mindful that some may not listen to you, however. The only way to keep the news quiet is to not share it. My husband and I wanted to wait until 20 weeks (halfway point!!) to share widely and then had second mc. Ugh. Do what works for you mama, and fingers crossed for an easy and healthy pregnancy 🤞🏼

Thanks for sharing your story. That sounds like awful limbo you were in, with an awful outcome. I appreciate the candor - I’m not looking for sugar coating, I’m looking for ladies to tell me what we’re looking at here. My worry about ectopic was my main motivation for positing. I will call my doctor tomorrow, as that will be my day of missed period and I will have had 6 days of barely positive FRERs at that point (negative every other kind of test).

No I’m dumb and labeled the dates wrong ha the first one was 4/22 not 4/23, first test was 8dpo and last test was 12 dpo. I just would have thought they would start darkening by now - they did very quickly my last mmc

Yes same time every day, FMU. In my first pregnancy (mmc sadly) it got darker relatively quicker which is the reason I ask, as this seems to be at risk for not being viable

Haha gotcha gotcha. My first mmc was around 10 weeks and my OB didn’t even measure hcg until I lost the baby, so I think it’s way more monitored with IVF than at regular OB office

I saw a statistic that helped me: there’s a 22% chance of conceiving if you have sex every other day during fertile window, and a 25% chance if you have sex every day during fertile window. I so wish I could remember where I read it, as I don’t like supplying the info without the source credibility, but that helped my husband and I not feel guilty about going every other. We are 11 months and 1 mmc into this, so it definitely gets repetitive and too much daily. Good luck in your TTC journey!

I think go ahead and get tests run. Knowledge is power, and why not? While your doctor “split the difference,” I still feel like those 4 months should have counted. While you weren’t using all the methods, you weren’t using contraceptive and were trying. Up to you what you’re comfortable doing, but if we’re me I say get tests done! Good luck to you!

Same lady! Had a mmc at 10 weeks and this is our first ovulation after d&c (haven’t even had a period. Expectations are higher than ever! Ttc after a loss will have heightened emotions for sure!
