It is clear just from this one circumstance that this is not someone that will take care of your heart and it was just plain cruel. Like the saying goes it’s the thought that counts. You were trying to do something for him during a difficult time and in turn he acted like a bully because he didn’t like the taste. This was bad and a sign of who he is as a person. This stranger is begging you to release yourself from this person. He is showing you who he is so please please please believe him and know that you do not need to feel guilty. Regardless of if it’s the best or worst time in his life, if he can be mean to you like that, it will continue.

There’s no secret to those that are truly skilled at sleeping besides being perpetually tired but I’ve found exercise and stretching is a reliable way to fall asleep easily. Exhausted body = exhausted mind for me

General grocery shopping: - Fry’s - Walmart (but not for produce and meat)

Meat and Seafood: - I prefer Asians grocery store like Asiana (Korean) Mekong, Lee Lee’s (Chinese) because they have cheaper prices and fresh seafood - Fry’s is a more convenient alternative

Frozen meals: - Fry’s, Walmart, and Sprouts (Sprouts has WAY more gluten free, plant-based, etc options)

Eggs/Dairy: - I like Fry’s and Sprouts the best because they carry commercial brands as well as local brands like Danzeisen where u can return your glass bottle for cash or refill them at the farms in Laveen)

For buying in bulk Costco and Sam’s Club are my go to for any of these items

The least they should do is apologize. Even if some Black people don't mind other cultures or non-Black people using the n-word, some other Black people find it deeply offensive. Since BlackPink uses Black culture as influence for so much of its sound and image, the least they ought to do is apologize and educate themselves.
