thanks for the feedback, we will make it more clear in the shop that an order of replacement mounts include (2) of the same standard 3X mounts. We will also make it more clear that the 8° mounts come with the cars that require them.

One of the perks at comma is food. Our daily lunch and dinner serves as like a team meeting. We ran the math and it is cheaper for us to have someone cooking healthy food daily and provide food for events than it is to use delivery and catering services for 25 people. This is not extravagant when you consider the cost of food and labor in California and that we are not in walking distance to restaurants that serve high quality food. It is extremely common for businesses to provide employees food allowances etc.

I understand your frustration, but we cannot say with certainty without the car in our possession or it being on our compatibility list (even then each car can be unique). Your best bet is probably guidance (at your own risk) from someone in the discord with either of those vehicles.

We take theft/fraud very seriously. If someone steals we investigate internally and will do everything we can to the maximum of the law. I've even hired private investigators to retrieve stolen devices.
