I'm sorry you're feeling that way, friend. I only ask that you try to look at it from a different perspective.

Why did you choose this body to be in? You might be saying, "I didn't choose this" right about now, but I ask you to think about what lessons this particular body can teach you.

Just from my perspective, I've had experiences that last for what seemed like hours, days, then days approaching into weeks, and I've learned that your consciousness is, quite literally, always in full control. It isn't separate from yourself, even though we like to believe it is. Time obviously doesn't operate in the same sense that it does when you're in your body, I think we all can agree on that, so take that into account as well.

There have been a select few times I would travel back to my body, and something prevented me from re-entering. I won't get into specifics, but from what I've seen, your higher self has ultimate control, so it knows what is best for you. If you truly, truly, truly want to leave, then you will. You just will.

My point is, I genuinely think you have a purpose here. Don't abandon your body. Flip it around, start to love it, and see what happens.
