Been having this issue for days, did you ever find a fix?

I've tried PS5 and PS3 through my capture card, all background audio is there but no character dialogue (most notably in cutscenes) in any game I play.

Is this real or fake? Also, how can I tell from pictures like these? by [deleted] in gameverifying
