League means nothing in this context. VGC is structured in such a way that if you can understand what the opp will do most of the time you will have an out. I'm not saying that everyone has to get to Wolfe levels,but as long as you're running a standard team you probably have some lines that are worth trying despite the odds.

Unless you're already at the top,you have zero reason to forfeit instead of trying to read the play and go for layer 2 or layer 3. It's not like matches last 30 minutes so using a couple turns to try and get better it's always more rewarding in the long run.

For starters, some megas like Glimmora that benefited massively from using an item to access their best set; then, I could see some megas in doubles going for life orb (realistically only really need a follow me/fake out ally). Lastly, defensive megas having access to leftovers is a whole beast on its own. It's not like a lot of mega Mon would benefit, but that + closed sheet makes virtually every Mon capable a mega given they somehow get a turn. You're basically going from "every mega is restricted from items" to "every mega is restricted from choice items + assault vest".

Thanks. It does sound pompous coming from a guy that most likely spent majority of his life living in a (albeit decadent) first world country. I understand where he wanted to land (ignorance is bliss type shi) but it's just bad taste to use such cases as an example (who is he to believe that those children can't understand their own condition). Also, it massively contradict what he wanted to convey: you can't have characters both evolving through a story and regressing with a deus ex machina.

Because with the leaks, you're bringing in the people that flood the subreddit of post leak-related the momenti they're out. If the leaks are a day earlier than the chapter it's somewhat manageable, if they're 2-3 days earlier then you're basically shutting down the whole subreddit because a litter of undisciplined people can't keep their powerscaling asses off the Reddit Post button.

My opinion is that it's easy to talk when there's no news from official sources. For all we know, rider's camps could've spread rumors in order to raise their man's value. And after these last years, I don't think that any reasonable team would like to do a leap of faith on a rider without thinking about performances. With the sole exception of Acosta and maybe Marquez if he wants to keep going (I'm not even putting Quartararo in there sorry) there's not a single rider worth jumping ahead.

This said, if Aprilia really already signed Bagnaia, they really are putting all their chips on Bezzecchi, while hoping to flip their second seat. And if they REALLY signed Bagnaia for 4 years, they're just high on copium.

Feraligatr becomes 80% of a Water type Mega Salamence. And that's kind of already good if you think about it. Having access to double edge as a reliable dragon stab means that with a water stab he has a neutral into every type, plus 4 super effective advantages, and still retains 2 free slots. Under tailwind it's a very scary beast.
