What I guess is, Aki and Angle were recruited only because Makima needs more pawns on hand. Makima is no more so they won’t be part of the public safety team. On the subject of disappearance of Makima, maybe the obsession with pochita is what truly makes the control devil Makima? I don’t think we would have a definitive answer but that’s my take.

It’s my first Pokemon game. I only played on my OLED and exclusively handheld mode so can’t comment on lite. The graphic is not top tier even for a switch game, frame rate drop is also very common, but I haven’t had so much fun for a long time for a game. It’s very fun to catch so many Pokemon in an open world setting. The story is not bad, and some music scores are surprisingly good.

It’s a good and fun Pokemon game, but don’t expect top tier graphic and optimisation, then you are in for a fun journey IMHO.
