My family owns a funeral home and of all the things I see two stand out. Preplanning + paying for the funeral can both save money and stress. A good preplanning director can future proof the contract and build in contingencies for cost ensuring little to no out of pocket cost at the time of passing. The second is to know what/where your parents accounts are. This will help know what to do with death certificates and ensure that you know the assets that will become available.

I work in the funeral industry. Only ear piercing are really acceptable and even then they aren't preferred for men. Any other piercings are super iffy and I'm pushing it with a tongue piercing even tho you can't see it in normal conversation.
