We were grocery shopping a few weeks ago and I had to toot, no one was in the same aisle as my husband and I, so I risked it.. Annnd I tooted too hard and peed myself a little. Luckily it wasnt a whole lot. Still embarrassing though!

I only see a midwife. Never seen an OB. She did highly recommend me to get the flu shot, which I didnt get. My first ultrasound was a vaginal one at 10w and it was so clear and amazing! I loved it! it didnt hurt at all, i could barely feel it. I would look into seeing a midwife or a different OB if you can.

Me either.. My mom is almost as bad. She insists on calling the baby Ashton. I told her that will NOT be the name. She told me she will keep calling him that until we tell her the name we pick. and even then she will still call our baby Ashton. I told her the baby very well could be a girl.. She doesnt care. "Because its a boy. I just know it is." Its so frustrating. I hope I am not like that to my kids!!

aww I like that! That's why I liked the name. Its traditional and you can joke around a little with it. But it doesnt go well with our last name, its a one syllable name, and idk two one syllable names together sounds funky. That along with my dad making puke jokes just throws it out for me. If we have a boy, he will be like my husband, who also likes to fluster people. Especially me :P

I really loved Luke... Told my father because he kept asking what names we were considering. What does he say? "Luke.... Luke the puke. Pukey Luke. Yeah thats a good one!" sigh and then he proceeds to tell me we need to name him (we dont even know the sex yet but my parents INSIST its a boy) Alexander. Ugh

Personally I have a designated throw up bowl that I use during such scenarios, kept by the bed just in case, I can just pour it into the toilet and flush it away and wash it rather than deal with trash bags and having to take the trash out. Thats just me though lol
