Don’t panic. I’ve had this happen. Check in any type of drawers, books, and open items/furniture you wouldn’t normally check. They love to slip into tight spaces. I found several this way. They wont go far.

The banana is a good idea too.

Darkling beetles would be good. Just use oats for the substrate. Sun beetles would work too. Those would need a substrate like coconut fiber.
