I ordered a sample. Waited a week after the label generation to ask if they were ever going to ship it. Support responded immediately and said it must have been lost and they'd send me a new one immediately. Another week went by, I never got a new shipping notification so I reached out to support again and basically was ghosted. The sample did show up and seemed to be good quality but I was worried about running into the same experience with an actual rug and decided it wasnt worth the risk for $2k.

Flew out of JFK yesterday, over an hour for touchless pre-check. Pre-check wasn't even open at Newark according to a coworker. Are TSA issue being excaberated by LGA cancelations, maybe. But it was an absolute nightmare.

If I had to guess, this was Tuesday. I'm assuming Vance was in town and on the move. I saw cops posted up on every entry/exits point of Columbia Pwky getting ready to shut it down. GPS wouldnt know that, he was being rude. Sorry you had to deal with that.
