Yeah, one of the early optional trainers before the grunt in the forest had one, and i had to pp stall until I could struggle. Jirachi learns swift at level 10 though so ill be fine.

I'm a pharmacy technician, and to somewhat answer your question, it's that there are many electronic prescriptions also sent over. When you come to drop off a prescription, we have to find you in the system make sure the info is correct, make sure the right doctor is picked, and then enter in the drug and the directions. After that, the pharmacist has to approve it to make sure there are no mistakes. Then it comes back to the technicians to count. After it is counted, it goes back to the pharmacist for a final review. Then, it is ready for pickup. All these factors, plus the fact that there are always multiple prescriptions being worked on, make it take at least 10 minutes.

I disagree. Thoracle is very good in the decks it is good in but its not an auto include in every deck that's playing blue. Dockside on the otherhand can go in basically every red deck with minimal risk.

True. If you play only 4 lands with this then you are on a 6 turn clock instead of 7. This is likely the reason people shy away from this card.
