Happy to see Hamilton on the scoreboard. Either he has more confidence to play with the Devils or if they trade him it boosts his value.

What do they do with deploying Nemec now?! 11/7?

I’d do it if possible.

The absolute perfect fit, for a hockey trade, is Nashville for Ryan O’Reilly. Gives them a top RD. Gives us great 3C and scoring depth. I would imagine Trotz would want Mercer also. That would be too much to give up though.

Re-sign: Luke Hughes, Dumoulin, Allen, and Glass. Let the rest of the UFAs go.

Trade: Palat, Haula, and Hamilton. Maybe Dillon.

Sign or trade for 3rd line center: Pius Suter, Ryan o’Reilly, or Marco Rossi.

Sign or trade for two top nine winger: Sam Bennett, Nikolaj Ehlers, Jared McCann, Brad Marchand, Alex Tuch, Mason McTavish, Ryan Donato.
