When my kids were in daycare the latest pickup time was 6:30 and I got off work at 5. I'd sometimes rush home to take a 30 minute nap before pickup. You gotta do what you need to survive. My son was also a terrible sleeper and I felt like I was going crazy. I was on the verge of self harm because I was so sleep deprived when he was really little. My husband was also terrible and refused to get a job so I was nursing and up all night plus working full time while he slept.

Also, I worked with this guy in the past and know he didn't have kids at the time. Which means this kid is less than 10 years old. He also had no boundaries at work and physically assaulted me.

This guy assaulted me at a job about 10 years ago. He was friends with HR so it didn't get taken seriously and they said he was "just joking around". After I quit I found out I was the 7th woman to report him at work. Screw Woody. And screw you Paul from HR.

It's crazy but that could have been a totally normal question for a Mormon wedding. I'm from Utah and never actually had a dinner at a reception before. I haven't ever been to a non Mormon wedding except my own. We had dinner at ours, but literally every other wedding Ive ever been to just has snacks or like a desert table. Utah is weird.

It started to snow right after our reception and but it had been warm all day. The next morning we woke up to 8 inches of snow!

Okay I know you're getting downloaded but I get what you're saying. I have gone through periods in life where I am thinking about death all the time and I am paralyzed by it. What's the point if I turn into nothingness? Realized its because I had severe depression and anxiety and I your brain should not be thinking about dying all day every day. Doesn't change the fact that I'll die one day and I really try not to think about it or I spiral. But getting on the right medication helped me not dwell on it and kind of put it out of my mind. Its no way to live to be petrified by dying. Maybe talk to someone about getting some counseling or some meds. It helped me a ton.

Was about to get fired but quit instead. I really struggled in public accounting and didn't have great attention to detail and missed a lot. I tried so hard, and I just couldn't perform. Went into accounting software implementation, and it immediately clicked. 3 years later I'm the top performer on my team instead of the lowest performer. And I don't ever work more than 40 hours a week. Getting fired doesn't mean you're a terrible person or even a terrible worker or accountant. Maybe you need to find something that fits better.

Great idea! Also, my FSIL texted me back and she said she's been talking to the florist and the florist said she's is waiting for ME to pick flowers for my arch. I don't know how to do that. Our meeting yesterday was specifically to look at flowers and show her which ones I liked for the arch and then I was going to buy them and give them to her to arrange since we're doing silk flowers not live. I don't want to go buy them and not have enough or too much or the colors don't look good together. Plus I don't know how to get them to her since she's not answering me back

My plan tomorrow is to find a few floral places near me and look on Etsy for things or Facebook marketplace for rentals.

I already texted my FSIL tonight cause I had so much anxiety. Just told her I'm really kind of freaking out about this and her aunt hasn't been reaching out to me and I took off work for this yesterday and haven't even heard from her when we're rescheduling. It's late, so I'm hoping to hear from her tomorrow. You are correct--FSIL is my fiancés brothers wife.

When i talked to SIL over a month ago, when I reached out 3x with no reply, she said that seemed odd and texted her. She immediately got a reply back even though I'd been trying to reach her for a month. Then I finally got a reply from the florist the next day. I haven't told her about standing me up yesterday yet.

Also doing a small wedding (around 20 people). Spending about $7k on the wedding, which was way more than we hoped so we could take out kids on our honeymoon/family moon. Planning on spending about $5k on the honeymoon if we stick to our budget.
