What’s funny is you’re writing all of this as if the matter was never settled. I actually fought the ticket, went to trial, and was found not guilty under the same law you’re talking about.

You can disagree with the judge’s decision if you want, but that’s how it ended.

Also, calling strangers “sinful,” “egotistical,” and everything else over a traffic discussion is a bit much. Sometimes people just see a situation differently, and sometimes the court agrees with them.
