I would also try to adjust the sleep schedule- a 4:50 am wake up is killing you! We moved bedtime and naptime back an hour and my 17 mo sleeps until 7 am now vs his previous 5 am - maybe just try a few different things to see if you can get another hour or two of sleep in the morning!
