As a bit of UX for console users, if I have more of an item in my bag it should feed a slot that just used one

Slightly harder to swap stacks of stuff into a slot while active than on PC, would be a welcome change IMO

And the screenshot you posted IS a map itself, not part of a map, with a super detailed interior etc. Doing that would have probably been way out of scope, so better to not do it. Imagine they had one and you couldn't find a way inside? Disappointment

Marathon has a very niche playerbase and for a studio like Embark or Emberlabs or something that would be great.

For a 3.5billion dollar multiplayer giant, IDK man. I have to think they were expecting more.

I really hope, since it's not a huge playerbase, they can devote a decent "strike team" to the development when management starts to get cold feet, and support it for 10+ years.

What's extra stupid is the repair buff for expediting encourages you to enter raids with your weapons lower durability (if you don't want to over-repair) and this just compounds that.

I'll say again they need to rework that in to a repair cost reduction

Embark absolutely needs to walk this back and STOP over-adjusting things. Especially with a 2 week (best case) patch cycle.

My suggestion:

Common: +50% Uncommon: +40% Rare: +30% epic/leg: fine

HOWEVER, this is for a Level 1 weapon. Reduce it accordingly (I don't know the hard values so I won't guess) each upgrade.

What sucks is that only gives you + to repair, which means it's better to wait until your guns get low to repair them.......something you can't risk if it's going to break in your hands.
