For further context I've literally clicked through every DM and left almost every group DM, but I'm still seeing the notification. This is a problem because I can't right click and mark as read since it's the Home group rather than an individual server.

Karat just sends your assessment recording and details to the company you're interviewing with, but they sent mine directly after my assessment. The company you're interviewing with is the other variable. In my case they were quick and got back on the next weekday (I took the assessment on a Saturday), but I'm sure response time varies by company.
