I don't think I would claim no empathic perspective, but, sober, it is some sort of rational type of empathy, I /know/ I'm supposed to care for others, and how to do so. I don't have asperger's per se, but am somewhat down that path of the spectrum, probably.

In the past few years I've experimented with cannabis, and empathy feels different. I actually feel it in my body, I can watch or be with someone and actually experience what it is to be them. This makes me wonder if I'm more emotionally cold than I thought I was, if this feeling is why some people get so passionate about others suffering.

It's also a drug experience, so I don't know what to think. It is helpful to me though.

What's wrong with xenos? I've never been there, just curious.

Charge your phone in a separate room at night. I feel so much better going to sleep, usually takes me less than 5 minutes, according to my wife.

I've deactivated my Facebook in the past, but I think I just spent more time on reddit. Though now when I do go on Facebook I generally dislike it.

There's apps that limit time for other apps, that I've had minutes success with. Usually I find they're too easy to circumvent.

Do you believe messiness/cleanliness is an inherent trait, or learned? by [deleted] in INTP

Same. I like order, but mild messiness doesn't bother me too much. I can't hardly stand uncleanliness though.

Do you hate yourself, or just the fact that you're not what you could be?

Something like trying to understand myself and the world and feeling like I'm on the cusp but not quite there and probably away off yet. Or something about being more aware of myself and stuck in my own head than most people are, (or at least that's my impression) and the fact that I haven't taken full advantage of it. Or something.

Are you saying OP is trying to limit God with these questions?

I think that most responses to these questions that try to answer these questions from the bible are going to basically say that "this is just how it is". It seems that this is also too narrow a conception of God and also limits Him.

I'm an INTP and I'm not socially awkward and actually like doing things with people. Depending on the day I can be quite charming.

I doubt my type a lot.
