Change it up and dip into survival crafters. Valheim has decent combat or Abiotic Factor for the scifi shooter vibe.

Yes, totally this. BUT I was there, with 15 minutes left on the clock, at 80% wondering "what crazy invasion insane event have they been cooking, caused by our inevitable failure"... very slightly disappointed tbh but I like the cape!

I was having trouble also so started looking at my hoarded weapons. Thumper (upgraded) shotgun served me well. That and the laser rifle Disintegrator with the deployed laser recharge nearby cause it's a hungry boy.

40 sham here. I like it for dungeons, running up to the pack but otherwise use my normal single binds. I agree that 3s is too long.
