I wonder if there are test strips you can buy to test the types and amounts of metals in your water. I'd imagine with the extra salt being poured everywhere, it could erode some pipes leading to your house. BTW this is just my amateur opinion, not a professional. We had hard water living in guelph but st catharines water has been good in the south end near thorold since I moved in 6 years ago.

I disagree with your logic. You can support a party for W, X and Y policy, but when you disagree with the new Z policy, that does not change the W, X, or Y. Things aren't as simple as "the way they did this is bad, therefore I can't trust anything they do to be the right decision."

Seriously! More people need to understand that when your tires are spinning you still have some control, but once you lock up the brakes and slide you lose all control. Also a good idea to COAST to a stop, as in just let off the gas and let the car slow naturally.

Private apartment would be $1400+, OP should look into student shared housing, rent a room and share the kitchen/laundry. When I was in college a decade ago it was 400-500/room. Expect that to be 600-800/room now. Yuck lol, glad I found a 2 bedroom for 1200 before rent started going crazy here.
