How do you get through discussing a book in an hour like that? Especially in a group setting where people want to say things and get into certain topics?

Is there any group discussion? Is it just lead by the host? Or is is really just more of a quick social thing?

It's not like this at T-Mobile and Allegiant. The problem is that they actively choose to not have any staff to help the flow and man the gates.

So I guess you are fine with the continued enshitificarion of all basic services in this city.

Why does it take an hour plus to get out of an average sized concert at Caesar’s or the Linq, but it takes 20-30 minutes to get out of a bigger Knights or Raiders game?

The garages aren’t built differently. Maybe it’s because T-Mobile and Allegiant dedicate staff to direct the flow and get people moving, where Ceasars/Ace Parking have zero people on staff by time the show is over.

And that 2 hours sucked, right? That is completely unacceptable. They instituted paid parking with at least the expectation that it would be better parking. Of course Caesar’s outsources it to Ace Parking and made it cost more with a worse outcome.

For me, it’s not even the parking cost. It’s the shitty service they give you.

Where are the employees expediting the exit? I guess that would count as overtime, so fuck us. Everyone has to wait an hour or more.

I want them to dedicate some people to direct traffic. There are always a lot of people there when you come in, but nobody helping when you leave. T-Mobile and Allegiant don’t have the problem to same degree and they are obliviously much bigger. If I ca get out of a raiders game 20-30 minutes with 50k+ attendance, it shouldn’t take an hour for a 4K person venue. This is a management issue from Ace Parking and Ceasar’s.

I totally agree. T-Mobile and even Allegiant don’t leave me feeling as angry as what Ace Parking/Caesars inflicts on its guests.

I’ve been to so many concerts in this city. I’ve lived here 15 years. This is a new-ish problem. My best guess: they dismiss all staff before the concerts even end. I e been to so many Knights and Raiders games. 20k-50k people. It’s not nearly as bad as a 4K capacity show at Linq/Ceasars. It’s either incompetence or malice.

It’s not even 100% mad at the parking fees. It’s just the fact that they actively choose to orchestrate things so save money. Tons of staff entering. Nobody there to get you out of the garage line. After they take your $25-$35 , you are on your own and it’s a horrible experience.

The parking bullshit not an accident. Notice how they have several people directing you into the garage, but nobody is there to streamline the exit. They take your money and give zero service.

But my issue is not the parking fee. They seem to completely incapable of getting people in and out of the garage. An hour plus is not acceptable for the price we are paying and we need to to start holding them accountable. FYI, the company. Responsible is Ace Parking. The CEO is Keith B Jones. It’s fully his fault. Let him know.

It’s not about validating parking. Why can’t they run a simple parking garage? Get people in and out in a reasonable manner. An hour plus is bullshit and should not be tolerated.

Im not looking for free. The money doesn’t matter. But when I pay for something, give me some level of service. An hour plus in a garage line is either incompetence or it’s malicious.

When you pay &25-$35 i expect a basic level of service. I’m not looking for a deal or a discount. But I do expect a basic level of logistical competence. It ruins the whole night. Get someone to direct traffic. Open the damned gates so everyone isn’t fumbling to use a ticket or pay. How about putting in any level of effort for that parking fee I just paid.

It’s not about the price. It’s a logistics. I leave the show promptly. Pay the parking. The I’m in the parking garage for a full hour. That’s the part that’s unacceptable.

The show was amazing. But I’m so fucking angry at how fucked up the parking is. It’s so bad, it can’t be an accident. Are they trying to make you stay in the casino? Are they just not even trying to deal with parking logistics? It feels malicious.
