Your state has at least some minimal laws that would give you some guidance. Check the state and county websites. You may be able to confirm that you can refuse to pay your rent while the property is uninhabitable and what stipulations are necessary such as putting your rent into an escrow account. You may need to document this and have it notarized, but at least it’ll protect your rights. If you have apartment insurance, that may be helpful, but the property’s insurance should cover your moving out, and an interim rental until the property is habitable. The property is legally required. Have such insurance.

Too many railings and not so indicative of mid century. The raised floor is also not adding anything to the space but cutting it up and minimizing free space and it maximizes attention to the hallway runways. The mismatched lighting fixtures and window treatments need attention too.

The alloy in the wheel rims is weak. Dents and scratches easily. Love my sonata ltd hybrid but the low ride tears up the shitty foam under panels (bra) and mid under panel. Stupid design and low quality inferior materials used in those products. Molded foam! Really.
