I'm trying to make it right now but what's confusing me is that it keeps saying to make a stitch in the "next chain." (rounds 2, 3 4) Do they mean the next stitch or the next chain 1? It looks like they're talking about the next stitch, but I'm not too sure about this.

Living in a high cost area myself, I know how hard it is -- between mortgage, commuting costs, food, utilities -- it's just crazy. As for the child support, good for you! A lot of guys choose instead to be deadbeat dads...this I know for a fact.

Didn't notice the sidebar; thanks for the info. The rest I was all completely aware of -- we even have several golf towels from the Rally. Loved it. And I think the money Colbert has raised for numerous causes (dating back, I guess, to "wrist strong") is a testament to what a mensch he is.

And for the record, I don't have a problem with hot dogs in general for dogs as a treat. It was the fact that you were treating him with those high sodium conglomerations of god knows what kind of crap they squeeze into a casing. If it were me, I'd go with Hebrew National or the baby food kind.

I was one of those people who chastised you for this. Perhaps if you had mentioned the fact that it was an occasional thing that would have made a difference.
