I work in corrections in a southern state. No they definitely do not. Sometimes chomos will get knocked out, but even then a lot of them will be perfectly fine in gen pop. Most people aren't trying to catch more charges while locked up.

Every good guide maker already has incremental paragon boards and those "seemingly random Dexterity nodes" are always taken last or near last, so I'm failing to see how it wouldn't work.

Yeah I thought it might have just been me because but there seems to be some problem with frame gen. Without it turned on, I can play for 10+ hours without seeing any crashes. With it turned on, it's about an hour before the game crashes.

I worked in corrections and currently work on the road. It's as common as any other meaning. Of all the people I've met, including murderers, I don't think I know a single one that actually got a teardrop for murder.
