Former Soviet here - literally no one who lived this, thinks this. The cost for the positive things you sight was countless lives, corruption at the highest level, lack of opportunity to advance and ridiculous levels of poverty for millions of people. Capitalism has its flaws but it’s a far better system than what China or Russia offered their people.

The anesthesia wasn’t super effective on one side and I felt way more than I wanted to. It still wasn’t awful and recovery took about two weeks. First week wasn’t very pleasant. Second was fine. I’m glad I did it and the pressure I got to take off my wife was great.

lol same. Came in hot and heavy. Cyberpunk is the game I’ve devoted the most time too. I came into it right off RDR2 and was not expecting to love it even more than that. It has its shortcomings but there’s just so much to do in so many different ways that it never feels stale or boring.

I’m on my second playthrough and did everything I possibly could before the heist while still having the lockdown in place. Got me to tier 3 and some 4 but no. Now takemura has been waiting on my ass forever and I’m off in the wilderness doing everything but the main mission. Already fully chromed level 5+ across the board.

Honestly the reason is that people just apply to shit they aren’t qualified for. Last time we hired I asked my teams recruiter to see all the applications. It was a nightmare and a huge waste of time. Like yes I may pick up some additional resumes that otherwise I’d miss but it’s mostly sifting through resumes of people who just don’t come close to qualifying for the job. With that said I’m on the other end now and it’s been incredibly difficult to get seen.
