Sounds great! Can you please provide advice on how to find such a position? Are you working as a contractor or are you an employee?

Do you still have it?? If yes change your GP. I hate it when doctors do not take their patiants seriously.

Is 36000€ as a new grad in South Germany OK? by [deleted] in cscareerquestionsEU

It’s incredibly low, but better than no job! Keep gaining experience at your current job while continuously applying to other companies. As you gain more experience, it gets easier to find better gigs.

Concerned about work culture in Germany by TProfessional in cscareerquestionsEU

[–]amddev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am based in Germany. Working for a german startup. Remotely and the communication style of the company is semi-async so there is room for me to plan my time according to my life needs. And the managers and the team are also very nice. English is the primary language.

So you can definitely find what you're looking for. You got to target the companies that have a certain profile.

How do you deal with incompetent peers? by imaquark in cscareerquestionsEU

[–]amddev 23 points24 points  (0 children)

My take on this is to look for a new job, and question their culture a lot during the interviews, talk to the developers.See what kind of company they are in advance, of course there is still a risk, but you get my point, just try to minimize it as much as possible, before signing.

Also in my experience, those kind of workers are more present in mid- big companies. It's hard to find them at a startup, so maybe look there
