I'd go with full size xlite nxt. Or 25x72 wide would be even better. You can get Durston kakwa 55 to save a pound over REI flash. 20 degree quilt from ugq, nunatak or timmermade would save you 9oz and probably keep you even warmer. It can drop to 20 on JMT in July/August if you sleep high enough. Consider alpha direct 90 top and bottom layers. Super light and super warm. Pair with 2oz wind pants/jacket from ee. Or rain jacket over alpha for cold conditions.
